JOE MAYNER

Ranch Director

Joe is in charge of the day-to-day structure of the program, the financial and budgeting aspects, and counseling the men. In addition, he sits on The River’s Edge Ranch Board of Directors.

TYLER LOGAN

Assistant Ranch Director

Tyler assists the Ranch Director in running the day-to-day operations at the Ranch. He oversees all new intakes, helps to supervise the leadership team and watches over their personal growth.

RON SHIEBEL

FOREMAN

Ron manages all of the ranchers in order to complete the daily work outside. He organizes the men into crews to complete tasks in different areas of the Ranch. He also maintains the property and keeps the Ranch in order.

Spiritual Coordinator

Eddie assists the Ranch Director in all facets of the spiritual growth of the men. ​

Troy makes sure that all of the equipment used to operate our ranch properties and the facilities are properly cared for.​

Content coordinator

Adrian is responsible for capturing photography and video of daily Ranch life, special events and rancher milestones. He works alongside our marketing team and contributes to regular posts shared on Facebook and Instagram.

Anthony Perry

BUNKHOUSE Manager

Anthony maintains the bunkhouse and assists the new men who live there. He provides men with clothing, bedding, and personal hygiene items. He does all of the laundry for the men who live at Phase One.

Rick Martinez

Phase three house Manager

Rick ensures that all of the Phase Three Houses run smoothly. This involves helping the new men who arrive from the Ranch with budgeting, time management, and making well thought out and wise decisions. In addition, Rick assigns daily chores and responsibilities to each individual. Lastly, he provides the men with counsel and guidance as they begin their new sober lives away from the Ranch.
