Chuck Campbell Chuck Campbell serves as the President and CEO of the McMillen Family Foundation (MFF), the largest family foundation in the country dedicated to supporting individuals and organizations in substance abuse recovery, with a particular emphasis on those who are unable to help themselves. Professionally, Chuck brings over three decades of experience in senior executive roles in healthcare and data. Throughout his career, he has established invaluable connections and relationships with some of the largest employers and organizations across the nation. On a personal note, Chuck has achieved a significant milestone in his own life, having remained clean and sober for nearly four decades. He dedicates his personal time to making a positive impact on others by conducting interventions and working closely with families to provide solutions to individuals in need of recovery. Beyond his professional and personal commitments, Chuck is a loving husband and father of three children. In his leisure time, he enjoys traveling, playing golf, and savoring fine cigars. |

Shannon Baird ACSW, CADC III Shannon is a member of the Board of Directors for The River’s Edge Ranch and oversees a substance disorder treatment center and operates its three facilities. She has been working in the field of substance use disorder for 20-years, is certified in substance abuse treatment and holds a masters degree in social work. Shannon has a passion for working with individuals who have co-occurring disorders. Her experience in both substance abuse treatment and social work enables her to create a cohesive environment for clients to deal with both their substance-abuse issues and mental health. Many individuals need to work on both diagnoses at the same time in order to achieve the goals of returning back to the community with full healing of the body, mind and soul. Shannon shares, “I am blessed to be a part of the Ranch, and the second chance that each of these men are given.” |

Jeanette Cota Jeanette Cota is the Founder & President of the Devon Michael Foundation. Jeanette is the amazing mother of Devon and Ava. Since her son's passing she has made it her mission to spread awareness about the dangers of Fentanyl. Jeanette has led multiple businesses over the last 20+ years in both Michigan and Los Angeles. She is currently the owner of two companies: Identified Clothing and Mama J's Spices. She has always been an entrepreneur with the personal mission of helping others. |

Ava Michelle Cota Ava is Devon's younger sister whose life was changed forever after the passing of her brother. She is an actress, dancer, and social media influencer with a footprint of over 3 million followers. Ava is most known for her lead role in Netflix's "Tall Girl" and "Tall Girl 2". Ava has repeatedly used her platform to spread awareness for the many causes near and dear to her heart and is now fully invested in making a difference addressing the Fentanyl crisis. She is co-owner of Identified Clothing which donates 5% of its revenue to the Devon Micheal Foundation. |
