District Attorney Jason Anderson is a dedicated public servant, experienced prosecutor, and the 36th District Attorney of San Bernardino County. Elected in 2018, Jason has devoted much of his career to pursuing justice, advocating for victims, and strengthening public trust in the criminal justice system. He began serving as a San Bernardino County Deputy District Attorney in 1998, prosecuting a wide range of serious criminal cases and spending thirteen years in the Crimes Against Children Unit.
After entering private practice in Rancho Cucamonga in 2014, Jason returned to public service as District Attorney with a commitment to ensuring justice with integrity, compassion, and accountability. In addition to his work in the courtroom, he has served as an adjunct professor of law since 2004, teaching Criminal Procedure and Trial Advocacy at the University of La Verne College of Law. Throughout his career, Jason has received numerous honors for his service to victims and the legal community. He remains deeply committed to serving the people of San Bernardino County, supporting victims of crime, and ensuring equal justice for all.
