MEALS FOR THOSE Experiencing homelessnessIn 2023, San Bernardino County reported a 26% increase in people who are experiencing homelessness or are facing housing insecurity. Through our partnership with local organizations T.O.U.C.H., CityLink and Luke 9 Ministries, the Cookout Truck will help to provide free hot meals to those within our community who need it most.

job skills developmentOur Cookout Truck is operated by a crew of men who either are currently in our one-year recovery program or are graduates of the program. We believe a successful recovery requires more than just reaching sobriety milestones. Our Cookout Truck offers a unique chance for ranchers to gain valuable experience in the food service industry. We aim to instill a strong work ethic, discipline, and self-confidence that will empower our ranchers long after they leave our doors. Whether they go on to pursue careers in the culinary arts or other fields, we are committed to helping the men in our program prepare for a successful and fulfilling future.
