We do not sell individual retail cuts or subscription boxes. Instead, we sell halves and wholes — the traditional, ranch-direct way to purchase meat.

Guided by Generations of Ranching Wisdom
This livestock program is made possible through our partnership with the Graham family of Apple Valley, California.
Earl and Rhonda Graham have spent nearly 50 years ranching, building agricultural businesses, and serving their community. Earl is a fourth-generation rancher with decades of hands-on experience in cattle operations, livestock sales, hay production, and grass-fed beef programs.
Today, Earl personally mentors the men at The River’s Edge Ranch. He works alongside them — teaching livestock management, animal health, proper handling, ranch responsibility, and the business side of agriculture. What he passes down isn’t theory. It’s hard-earned wisdom from a lifetime in the industry.
The Graham family continues to operate their Black Angus and hay businesses, and their reputation in the ranching community reflects integrity, experience, and stewardship.
